How we make
Food-grade silicone for Micro/Classic. Natural rubber with EPDM — for Designer/Mega/Architect. No plastic, no metal inside, no glued seams.
Injection, compression, rotational molding — or hand-pouring into a silicone mold for limited editions. One silhouette across all SKUs.
Pigment, not inserts. Black pupil + white sclera, applied after vulcanization with food-grade silicone dye, UV- and water-resistant.
5 checks: visual, geometry ±2%, drop test, smell test, gravimetry ±3%. For Architect — ultrasonic inspection.
GOST 25779-83, EN 71-3, REACH. No phthalates or bisphenol A. Temperature range −20…+60 °C. Indoor only.
