How we make ducks
Solid rubber
Silicone or natural rubber with EPDM. No inserts, no glued seams.
Eyes — pigment
Black pupil + white sclera. Food-grade silicone pigment applied after vulcanization.
Five checks
Visual, geometry, 1 m drop test, smell test, gravimetry ±3%.
Casting by line
Micro — injection. Classic — compression. Designer — hand-flask. Mega — rotational. Architect — sculptural.
Temperature
−20 °C … +60 °C. Indoor only. Protection from direct UV.
Care
Warm water and mild soap. No abrasives, alcohols, or bleach.
