Pigment is applied after vulcanization by hand, with food-grade silicone dye. UV- and water-resistant. The eye shape is an invariant across all SKUs.
5 CHECKS
Visual inspection, geometry ±2%, 5 drops × 1 m, odor test, gravimetry ±3%. For Architect — ultrasonic inspection of welded seams.
