Solid pour. No seams. No inserts.

Material
Food-grade silicone compound for Micro and Classic, natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect. No plastic, no metal, no glued seams.

Eyes
Pigment is hand-applied after vulcanization, with a food-grade silicone paint. Black pupil, white sclera. Resistant to UV and water.

Process
Micro — injection. Classic — compression. Designer — hand-laid mold forming. Mega — rotational molding. Architect — sculptural pour from a CNC-milled master model.

Quality control
5 checks: visual inspection, geometry ±2%, drop test, smell test, gravimetry ±3%. For Architect — ultrasonic frame inspection and a photo-logged install.

Compliance
GOST 25779-83, EN 71-3, REACH. Phthalate- and BPA-free. Temperature range −20 to +60 °C. Indoor only.

Care
Warm water and mild soap. No abrasives, alcohols or bleaches. A care card and a QR for the full guide — in every box.
Chapter 04 — B2B · Custom
12 colors through the mass. Not a paint — body pigment.
Custom means choosing from the signature Quacktory Pigment Menu. The pigment is mixed into the mass before casting — color that runs through, is durable, and is predictable in price and lead time.
