Micro

Keychain, merch, impulse gift up to $7. Injection molding, 8 cavities, ~45 seconds per cycle. In a pocket, on a keychain, in frame.

Architect

Installation 1.5–3 m. Sculptural cast, master model with CNC milling, steel frame with stiffening ribs. Mounted by a certified crew.

03 — Custom & B2B

Twelve signature pigments. Color through the body, not a surface paint.

Mass coloration before casting — durable, predictable in lead time, consistent in price. A fully custom Pantone is a separate line in the quote, +2 weeks, +15% to the price. Custom geometry (brand mascot) is an individual project with its own master model.

Micro 3 weeks

Keychains, merch, retail. Serial runs, impulse SKUs.

Classic 3 weeks

Kids' assortment, bath, office. Stable geometry.

Designer 6 weeks

Collabs with illustrators, artist approval, limited ≤300 pcs.

Mega · Architect 6 / 12 weeks

Window displays, installations, branded spaces. Architect — with on-site survey visit.

04 — Production

Single-piece cast. Food-grade silicone and natural rubber. No plastic, no glue, no metal inside.

    Material

    Food-grade silicone (Micro / Classic) or natural rubber with EPDM (Designer / Mega / Architect). Vulcanized single-piece body, no seams.

  2. ii.

    Eyes

    Black pupil and white sclera — pigment is applied by hand after vulcanization. UV- and water-resistant.

  3. iii.

    Quality control

    5 checks on every duck: visual, geometry ±2%, drop test, odor, gravimetry ±3%.

  4. iv.

    Compliance

    GOST 25779-83, EN 71-3, REACH. Free of phthalates and bisphenol A. Operating range −20…+60 °C.

  5. v.

    Care

    Warm water, mild soap. No abrasives, alcohols, or bleach. Indoor only.
