Custom isn't "we'll paint it on top" — it's a through-body pigment. Twelve signature Pantone-equivalents in the TPM — Quacktory Pigment Menu. A third-party Pantone is a separate line item, +2 weeks, +15%.
To brand managers, hotels, event producers: pick a color from the twelve — we'll mix the pigment BEFORE casting. The body will be colored all the way through; the color won't rub off or peel.

One silhouette — five technologies. The body is a single-piece casting, with no plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams. The eyes are pigment, not inserts.
01 / Material
Rubber and silicone
Micro and Classic — a food-grade silicone compound. Designer, Mega, Architect — natural rubber with EPDM additives. A vulcanized, single-piece body.
02 / Eyes
Paint, not inserts
The shape and position of the eyes are invariant. A black pupil + white sclera. The pigment is applied by hand after vulcanization, using a food-grade silicone dye.
03 / Quality
Five checks
Visual inspection, geometry, drop test (5× from 1 m), smell test, gravimetry ±3%. Architect — ultrasonic inspection of the frame's welded seams.
04 / Compliance
Certifications
GOST 25779-83, EN 71-3, REACH. No phthalates, no bisphenol A. Indoor only, −20 °C … +60 °C. Care — warm water and mild soap.
