§ 1 · Five sizes — one silhouette

From four centimeters
to three meters.

The same vector contour — from a keychain to an installation. Proportions don't scale linearly: a big duck should look like the same duck as the small one, not an enlarged copy. That is the "architectural approach."

§ 2 · How we make them

One solid vulcanized mass.
Eyes are pigment, not inserts.

No plastic inside, no glued seams, no metal. Food-grade silicone compound for the smaller lines, natural rubber with EPDM additives for the larger ones. Eyes are applied by hand with food-grade silicone pigment after vulcanization. UV and water resistant.

Material

One-piece casting

Vulcanized rubber: food-grade silicone for Micro and Classic, natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams.

Eyes

Pigment, not inserts

Black pupil and white sclera are applied with food-grade silicone pigment after vulcanization. The same base mold relief across all SKUs. No vinyl stickers on the body.

Quality control

Five checks

Visual inspection, geometry ±2%, drop test from one meter, odor test, gravimetry ±3%. For Architect — additionally, ultrasonic inspection of the frame's welded seams and an installation photo protocol.

Compliance

GOST · EN 71-3 · REACH

Phthalate-free and BPA-free. Age marking on packaging is mandatory: from "3+" for Classic to "Installation. Assembly by a certified crew" for Architect. Indoor use only.

Pigment Menu.

Twelve proprietary Pantone-equivalents, into which the mass is pigmented before casting. This isn't surface painting — the pigment runs through. Lead times and price are predictable; the result is consistent.
