SINGLE-PIECE × RUBBER

The body is vulcanised rubber. For Micro and Classic, a food-grade silicone compound. For Designer, Mega and Architect, natural rubber with EPDM additives. The eyes are food-grade silicone pigment over a vulcanised surface. UV- and water-resistant.

01 VISUAL INSPECTION — no pores, no streaks, no under-fill.
02 GEOMETRY — beak, eyes, feet in place. ±2%.
03 DROP TEST — 5 × 1 m onto concrete. No cracks.
04 SMELL TEST — no rubbery off-odour.
05 GRAVIMETRY — ±3% of the master.

CUSTOM × IS A PALETTE

Twelve signature TPM colours from the Quacktory Pigment Menu. Pigment goes into the mass before moulding — fastness and lead times stay predictable. A custom Pantone is quoted separately: +2 weeks, +15%. Custom geometry is a separate project with its own master model.
