HOW WE MAKE DUCKS

Visual inspection
No pores, no streaks, no under-fill. Every duck is hand-checked.

Geometry
Beak, eyes, feet — all in place. Proportions within ±2% of the master.
- 03
Drop test
Micro and Classic — five drops from one metre onto concrete. No cracks.
- 04
Smell test
No rubbery off-odour. A sign of bad vulcanisation — ruled out.
- 05
Gravimetric check
Mass within ±3% of the master. Master archive — one per batch.

CUSTOM IS A PALETTE, NOT A REPAINT
Segment D gets twelve signature TPM colours from the Quacktory Pigment Menu. Pigment goes into the mass before moulding — fastness and lead times stay predictable. A fully custom Pantone is quoted separately: +2 weeks, +15% to the price. Custom geometry is its own project.
