Cast in one pour around a steel ribbed frame.
A master model is CNC-milled from polystyrene, a glass-fibre mould is taken, a single sculpture is cast and finished by hand. Twelve weeks from the first site visit to the bolted mounting in your lobby.

Material
A single moulding of vulcanized rubber — food-grade silicone for Micro and Classic, natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams.

Eyes
Painted, not inserted. The base form — an oval, positioned the same on every SKU — is invariant. The pigment — black pupil on white sclera — is hand-applied after vulcanization with a food-grade silicone dye, UV-stable and water-stable.

Method, by line
Micro: 8-cavity injection, 45 seconds a cycle. Classic: compression moulding in aluminium, 3 minutes a cycle. Designer: hand pour in silicone moulds, one cycle a day. Mega: rotational moulding, 2 hours plus 8 hours of cooling. Architect: sculpted pour around a steel frame, 2 to 4 weeks.

Quality control
Five checks on every duck — visual, geometric within ±2%, drop test from 1 m onto concrete, no rubbery smell, mass within ±3% of the master. Architect gets ultrasonic inspection of the welds and a photo log of the mounting.

Compliance
GOST 25779-83, EN 71-3, REACH — no phthalates, no bisphenol A. Age marks on every box: 6+ for Micro 4 cm with a separate sticker for the choking hazard, 3+ for Classic, 6+ for Designer as a collectable, "decorative, not a toy" for Mega, "installation, certified rig" for Architect.

Care
Warm water, mild soap. No abrasives, no alcohol, no bleach. Indoor only, away from direct sun. The rubber is happy between −20 °C and +60 °C. Above +70 °C the duck loses its shape; below −25 °C it goes brittle, especially on the bigger lines.

The Quacktory Pigment Menu.
Twelve TPM tones — a Pantone-equivalent palette we keep in stock. Pigment is mixed into the rubber before moulding, not painted on top. Predictable colour, predictable price, predictable lead time.
A colour outside the menu is a separate line in the quote — a new formula, two extra weeks, +15%. We do not paint ducks.
Lead times — Micro and Classic in three weeks, Designer and Mega in six, Architect in twelve (site survey and certified mounting included).
