§ 01 — The ladder

One duck. Five sizes. Same silhouette.

The body contour, the beak, the feet and the eye position stay the same. Proportions do not scale linearly — the Architect reads as the same duck as the Micro, not as a slightly larger one.

§ 02 — How we make it

Single-piece vulcanised rubber. No plastic inserts, no glued seams.

The fact base, not the marketing. Every duck is moulded as one piece. Eyes are painted, not inserted. Pigment goes into the mass before moulding — body-through, never surface-paint.

2.1

Material

Food-grade silicone compound for Micro and Classic. Natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect. Pigment is applied post-vulcanisation by hand, with food-grade silicone dye that resists UV and water.

2.2

Eyes

Painted, not inserted. The same base mould relief across every SKU — black pupil, white sclera. No plastic or vinyl stickers on the body. Decoration of the eyes is allowed only when the design calls for it. Here it does not.

2.3

Quality control

Five checks on every duck: visual inspection, geometry, drop test from 1 m onto concrete, smell, gravimetry within ±3 % of reference. Architect receives ultrasonic inspection of the welded frame and an on-site assembly photo protocol.

2.4

Compliance

EN 71-3, REACH. No phthalates, no bisphenol A. Indoor use only. −20 °C to +60 °C. Above +70 °C — deformation. Below −25 °C — embrittlement. Wash with warm water and mild soap. No abrasives, no alcohol, no bleach.

§ 03 — Custom & B2B

Pick a colour from the menu. We tint the body, not the surface.

Custom is picking from a branded palette of 12 Pantone-equivalents. Pigment goes into the mass before moulding — body-through, not painted on. Lead time and price stay predictable.
