From thumb to lobby.
One silhouette. Five scales. The same duck — but under different gravity. The Architect's body remains "the same" as Micro's; proportions don't scale linearly.
№ 003 — Lineup
The five.
Each line is its own technology, its own tooling, its own lead time. Open a card to see production, pricing, and age guidance.
Solid rubber. No seams.
The duck's body is a single cast. The eyes are pigment, hand-applied after vulcanization. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams. The shape and placement of the eyes are invariant; we don't add eye decor because the editorial register doesn't call for it.
What's inside.
Food-grade silicone compound for Micro and Classic. Natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega, and Architect. Certifications: GOST 25779-83, EN 71-3 (chemical migration), REACH — free of phthalates and bisphenol A.
Tooling.
Steel for serial runs, aluminum for small runs, silicone flask for limited editions, fiberglass and steel frame for Architect. The Architect's master model is CNC-milled polystyrene.
Cycle.
Injection — 45 seconds. Compression — 3 minutes. Flask — one cycle per day. Rotational — 2 hours plus 8 hours cooling. The Architect master model — 2–4 weeks per duck.
Eyes.
Black pupil, white sclera. Pigment is applied by hand after vulcanization, using food-grade silicone dye that's UV- and water-resistant. One base mold relief across all SKUs.
Five checks.
Visual, geometry ±2%, five drops from 1 m onto concrete, odor test (no "rubber" smell), gravimetry ±3%. For Architect additionally: ultrasonic inspection of frame welds, photo installation protocol.
Packaging.
Recycled cardboard without polyethylene. Paper pulp insert. Corrugated box for Mega, wooden crate with climate control for Architect. Every box includes a care card and a QR to this page.

Custom color — from the palette.
B2B segment gets 12 signature Pantone equivalents — the Quacktory Pigment Menu. Pigment in the mass, before casting. Not surface paint. Fully custom color (third-party Pantone) is a separate new-formula development: +2 weeks to lead time, +15% to price. Custom geometry is a separate project with its own master model.
