How we make them

i.

Body

Solid cast from vulcanized rubber. Food-grade silicone for Micro/Classic, natural rubber with EPDM for Designer/Mega/Architect. No plastic, no metal, no glued seams.

ii.

Eyes

Paint, not inserts. Black pupil, white sclera. Pigment applied after vulcanization — UV- and water-resistant. Decor is only added when the chosen style demands it.

iii.

Control

Five checks: visual inspection, geometry (±2%), drop test, smell test, gravimetry (±3%). Architect — extended protocol with ultrasonic inspection.

iv.

Climate

−20…+60 °C. Above +70 °C — deformation. Below −25 °C — embrittlement. Indoor only. Protection from direct UV and oils. Care: warm water, mild soap.

Bespoke development

12 signature Pantone equivalents. Through-body pigment — not paint. Lead times of 3 / 6 / 12 weeks depending on the line. A custom Pantone is a separate quote line, +2 weeks, +15%.
