HOW × WE MAKE THEM

  1. 01VULCANISATION. Single-piece moulding. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams.
  2. 02PIGMENT. The eyes are food-grade silicone pigment over a vulcanised surface. UV- and water-resistant.
  3. 035 CHECKS. Visual inspection, geometry ±2%, 5 drops × 1 m, smell test, gravimetric ±3%.
  4. 04CERT. GOST 25779-83 · EN 71-3 · REACH · −20 °C … +60 °C · indoor only.

CUSTOM × IS A PALETTE

Twelve signature TPM colours. Pigment goes into the mass before moulding — fastness and lead times stay predictable. A custom Pantone adds +2 weeks and +15% to the price. Custom geometry is a separate project.
