Single-piece cast from vulcanized rubber. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams. Eyes are paint, not stickers.
Food-grade silicone for Micro and Classic. Natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega, and Architect. Each SKU has its own tooling and its own cycle.
The base mold relief is invariant. Pigment is applied by hand after vulcanization, using food-grade silicone dye that's UV- and water-resistant.
