How we
make them

Solid cast. No plastic inserts. No glued seams. Eyes — painted, not stickered.

Material & eyes

The body is a single solid cast of vulcanized rubber: food-grade silicone compound for Micro and Classic, natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect. Eyes — pigment, applied after vulcanization. UV- and water-resistant.

Quality control

Five checks on every duck: visual inspection, geometry ±2%, drop test from 1 m, smell test, gravimetry ±3%. Architect — extended protocol with ultrasonic frame inspection and a photo-logged install.
