Single-piece moulding of vulcanised rubber. Food-grade silicone for Micro and Classic; natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams.
We make ducks you don't want to drop in the water — you want to put them on a shelf. The small ones go in a pocket. The large ones go in a lobby. All of them go on camera.

Five castings of the same mould, vulcanised rubber, hand-painted eyes, every one of them signed off by gravity. Click a duck to open its spec sheet.
Single-piece moulding of vulcanised rubber. Food-grade silicone for Micro and Classic; natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams.
Painted, not inserted. Black pupil on white sclera, applied post-vulcanisation by hand with food-grade silicone dye. The same oval on every duck, in every line, from 4 cm to 3 m.
Injection for Micro, compression for Classic, hand-casting for Designer (≤300 units), rotational for Mega, sculptural casting against a CNC-milled master for Architect. Cycle times: 45 seconds to 4 weeks.
Five checks on every duck: visual, geometric, drop, smell, gravimetric. Architect additionally receives ultrasonic inspection of its steel frame and an on-site assembly photo protocol.
EN 71-3, REACH — no phthalates, no bisphenol A. Indoor use, −20 °C to +60 °C. Care: warm water, mild soap, no abrasives, no alcohol, no bleach. The 4 cm Micro is not for children under three.
Body proportions do not scale linearly with size. The Architect must read as the same duck as the Micro — not as a slightly larger one. That is the architectural move. Every line ships the same eye, the same beak, the same stance.
Custom begins at twelve branded pigments — the Quacktory Pigment Menu. Mass is tinted before moulding, not painted on top. Predictable lead times, predictable price, durable colour all the way through.
