Single-piece moulding of vulcanised rubber. For Micro and Classic, a food-grade silicone compound. For Designer, Mega and Architect, natural rubber with EPDM additives.
The pigment is applied by hand after vulcanisation with a food-grade silicone dye. UV- and water-resistant. The eye shape stays invariant across every SKU.
Five checks: visual inspection, geometry ±2%, 5 drops × 1 m, smell test, gravimetric ±3%. For Architect — ultrasonic inspection of welded seams.
GOST 25779-83 · EN 71-3 · REACH. Phthalate-free and BPA-free. Temperature range: −20 °C … +60 °C. Indoor use only.

Twelve signature TPM colours from the Quacktory Pigment Menu. Pigment goes into the mass before moulding — fastness and lead times stay predictable. A custom Pantone adds +2 weeks and +15%. Custom geometry is a separate project.
