    VULCANISATION

    Single-piece moulding of vulcanised rubber. No plastic, no metal inside, no glued seams.

  2. 02

    PIGMENT IN THE MASS

    Twelve TPM colours from the Quacktory Pigment Menu. Fastness and lead times stay predictable. A custom Pantone adds +2 weeks and +15%.

  3. 03

    5 CHECKS

    Visual inspection, geometry ±2%, 5 drops × 1 m, smell test, gravimetric ±3%.

  4. 04

    CERT

    GOST 25779-83 · EN 71-3 · REACH. Phthalate-free and BPA-free. Indoor use only. −20 °C … +60 °C.

  5. 05

    AGE

    Micro 4 cm — "6+, not for children under 3". Classic — "3+". Designer — "6+, collectible". Mega — art object. Architect — crew-installed.

CUSTOM × IS A PALETTE

Segment D gets twelve signature TPM colours. Pigment goes into the mass before moulding. A fully custom Pantone is quoted separately. Custom geometry is its own project.
