How we make ducks.

Facts, not marketing. Solid cast, hand-painted eyes, five QC stages on every duck. Architect — an extended protocol with ultrasonic frame inspection.

Material

Solid cast from vulcanized rubber. Food-grade silicone compound for Micro/Classic, natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer/Mega/Architect.

Eyes

Painted, not inset. Pigment is applied by hand after vulcanization, with a food-grade silicone paint that's resistant to UV and water.

5-step QC

Every duck goes through five checks. For Architect — an extended protocol with ultrasonic inspection of frame welds and a photo-logged install.

TPM — Quacktory Pigment Menu. Pigment runs through the body BEFORE casting, not a surface paint. A custom Pantone outside the palette is a separate conversation — +2 weeks, +15% on price. Custom geometry — a separate project with a master model.
