What we believe
We turn the most mundane object in the bathroom into a piece of design, a collector's item, and an architectural gesture.
02 / The scale
The same duck, scaled five times. Body proportions do not scale linearly — the 3 m duck must read as the same duck as the 4 cm one. That is the architectural move.

04 / How it's made

Single-piece moulding of vulcanised rubber. Food-grade silicone compound for Micro and Classic, natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams.

Painted, not inserted. Black pupil and white sclera, the same base mould relief across every SKU. Pigment is applied by hand post-vulcanisation with food-grade silicone dye that resists UV and water.

Injection for Micro. Compression for Classic. Hand-casting in silicone for Designer runs under 300. Rotational moulding for Mega, with an internal fibreglass frame. Sculptural casting against a CNC-milled master for Architect.

Five checks per duck: visual inspection (no porosity, streaks, short shots), geometry (beak, eyes, feet present, proportions within ±2%), drop test for Micro and Classic, smell test, gravimetry within ±3%. Architect gets ultrasonic inspection of the welded seams and an on-site assembly photo protocol.

EN 71-3 for chemical migration, REACH for no phthalates or bisphenol A. Operating range −20 °C to +60 °C. Indoor only, protect from direct UV and from oils or solvents. Wash with warm water and mild soap, no abrasives, alcohol or bleach.

Recycled cardboard and paper-pulp inserts. No polyethylene. A care card and a QR code ship with every duck. Mega ships on a pallet. Architect ships in a wooden crate with climate control, installed by a specialised crew.
05 / Custom & B2B
Custom means body-through pigment, not paint on top. Twelve branded shades sit in the Quacktory Pigment Menu. A fully arbitrary third-party Pantone is a separate quote: plus two weeks to the lead time, plus fifteen per cent to the price. A new duck shape is a separate project with its own master model.
