We make ducks you don't want to drop in the water — you want to put them on a shelf. The small ones go in a pocket. The large ones go in a lobby. All of them go on camera.
One silhouette. Five scales. The same duck at 4 cm reads as the same duck at 3 m — proportions are tuned by hand at every step so the architectural move still holds at keychain size.
Each line is a different process and a different audience, but the body — the contour, the beak, the feet, the eye position — is the same mould language. Pick the scale that fits the room.
Impulse-grade. Goes in a pocket, on a bag, on a keyring. Injection-moulded, 8-cavity steel tool, 45 seconds per cycle.
The default. Compression-moulded, food-grade silicone, 3 minutes per cycle. The one your kid drops in the bath.
Limited runs of 300 or fewer. Hand-cast in silicone moulds, one cycle per day. Signed by the author, shipped with a paper certificate.
Rotational-moulded with an internal fibreglass frame. 2 hours per cycle plus 8 hours cooling. The lobby duck. The shop-window duck.
Sculptural casting against a CNC-milled polystyrene master. Internal steel frame with stiffening ribs. 2–4 weeks per duck. On-site survey included.
Every duck is one piece of vulcanised rubber — food-grade silicone for the small, natural rubber with EPDM additives for the large. The eyes are painted post-vulcanisation with food-grade dye, not glued on.
Food-grade silicone for Micro and Classic. Natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega, and Architect. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams.
Steel moulds for injection (8 cavities, 45 s per cycle). Aluminium for compression (3 min per cycle). Silicone rubber moulds for hand-casting limited Designer runs. CNC-milled polystyrene masters for Architect.
Black pupil, white sclera. Applied by hand with food-grade silicone dye, post-vulcanisation. Eye shape and position are invariant across the catalog — the silhouette is the signature.
Visual inspection. Geometry within ±2% of reference. Drop test — 5 drops from 1 metre onto concrete. Smell test. Gravimetry within ±3% of reference mass. Architect adds ultrasonic frame inspection.
No phthalates, no bisphenol A. Indoor use. Operating range −20 °C to +60 °C. Wash with warm water and mild soap. Protect from direct UV and from oils or solvents.
Small-parcel courier for Micro, Classic, and Designer. Pallet delivery for Mega. Wooden crate with climate control for Architect, with on-site installation by certified crew.
