We make ducks you don't want to drop in the water — you want to put them on a shelf. The small ones go in a pocket. The large ones go in a lobby. All of them go on camera.

Lobbies, weddings, branded spaces. Sculptural casting against a CNC-milled polystyrene master, fibreglass mould, internal steel frame with stiffening ribs. On-site installation by certified crew.

How we make it
No plastic inserts. No glued seams. No metal inside. One single piece of vulcanised rubber, moulded or cast, then hand-painted with food-grade silicone dye.
Material
Single-piece moulding. Food-grade silicone compound for Micro and Classic; natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect.
Eyes
Painted, not inserted. Black pupil, white sclera, applied post-vulcanisation by hand with UV- and water-resistant food-grade silicone dye. Same base shape across every SKU.
Technology
Injection (Micro, 45 s/cycle) · Compression (Classic, 3 min/cycle) · Hand-cast (Designer, 1/day) · Rotational (Mega, 2 h + 8 h cooling) · Sculptural (Architect, 2–4 weeks per piece).
Quality control
Five checks per duck: visual, geometry (±2%), drop test, smell test, gravimetry (±3%). Architect additionally receives ultrasonic inspection of the welded frame.
Compliance
EN 71-3 (chemical migration). REACH (no phthalates, no bisphenol A). Age-marked packaging. Operating range −20 °C … +60 °C, indoor use only.
Care
Warm water and mild soap. No abrasives, no alcohol, no bleach. Protect from direct UV — colour degrades after 2+ years. Every SKU ships with a care card and a QR code to the full spec sheet.
Custom development & wholesale
Custom colour is body-through pigment — the mass is tinted into the rubber before moulding, not painted on top. Twelve branded pigments in the Quacktory Pigment Menu (TPM) for standard custom runs, with predictable lead times and pricing.
Fully arbitrary third-party colour is a separate formula development: +2 weeks to lead time, +15% to the price. Custom geometry — a new duck shape or a brand mascot — is a separate project with a master model, discussed individually.
