We make ducks you'll want to keep on a shelf rather than float in a bath. Small ones — in your pocket. Big ones — in the lobby. All of them — in the frame.
From 4 cm to 3 m. One silhoutte, five casts.
The proportions of the body, beak and eye placement don't scale linearly — the larger duck must read as the same duck as the smaller one, not as an enlarged copy. That's the architectural move.
Five SKUs. Same duck.
The body is single-piece moulding: food-grade silicone compound (Micro/Classic) or natural rubber with EPDM (Designer/Mega/Architect). The eyes are pigment applied after vulcanisation — no plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams.

How we make ducks. Full factology, no marketing.
Single-piece moulding, no plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams. The eyes are food-grade silicone pigment applied by hand after vulcanisation. Black pupil, white sclera, one mould relief across every SKU.
Body and eyes
Vulcanised rubber: food-grade silicone compound for Micro/Classic, natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer/Mega/Architect. The eyes are pigment, not inserts. UV- and water-resistant, applied by hand.
Method by lineup
- Microinjection · 45 sec/cycle
- Classiccompression · 3 min/cycle
- Designerhand-poured into flask
- Megarotational · 2 h + 8 h cooling
- Architectsculptural casting · 2–4 wks
Each duck goes through
- Visual inspection — no pores, no streaks, no under-fill.
- Geometry — beak, eyes, feet in place; proportions ±2%.
- Drop test — 5× from 1 m onto concrete, no cracks.
- Smell test — no rubbery off-odour (bad vulcanisation).
- Gravimetric check — mass within ±3% of the master.
Certifications and conditions
GOST 25779-83 (rubber toys) · EN 71-3 (chemical migration) · REACH (phthalate-free and BPA-free). Temperature range: −20 °C … +60 °C. Indoor use only. Keep out of direct UV and oils. Architect — extended protocol with ultrasonic inspection of the frame and a photo log of the install.
Twelve signature pigments. Solid colour through the body, not surface paint.
Custom means choosing from the branded TPM palette. The mass is dyed BEFORE moulding — fastness and price stay predictable. A fully custom Pantone is quoted separately: +2 weeks lead time, +15% to the price.
Care.
- Wash in warm water with mild soap.
- Do not use abrasives, alcohols or bleach.
- Indoor use only. Direct UV exposure — colour degrades over 2+ years.
- Temperature range: −20 °C … +60 °C. Above +70 °C — deformation; below −25 °C — embrittlement (especially for Mega/Architect).
- Each SKU ships with a care card + QR to the full guide.
