How we make it
One material, five presses, five scales.
Material
Single-piece vulcanised rubber. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams. Food-grade silicone for the small lines, natural rubber with EPDM additives for the large ones. Pigment is mixed into the mass before moulding, applied by hand afterwards.
Eyes
Painted, not inserted. Same oval shape, same black-pupil + white-sclera across every line. Applied post-vulcanisation with food-grade silicone dye that resists UV and water.
Compliance
EN 71-3 · REACH (no phthalates, no bisphenol A). Care: warm water, mild soap. No abrasives, no alcohol, no bleach. Indoor use only.

Five checks, every duck
- 01Visual inspection — no porosity, streaks, or short shots.
- 02Geometry — beak, eyes, feet present, proportions ±2%.
- 03Drop test — Micro / Classic: 5 drops from 1 m onto concrete.
- 04Smell test — no rubbery smell, sign of poor vulcanisation.
- 05Gravimetry — mass within ±3% of the reference.
Architect gets one more: ultrasonic inspection of the frame's welded seams and an on-site assembly photo protocol.

From thumb to bear.
The body proportions don't scale linearly with size — the Architect duck must read as the same duck as the Micro, not a slightly larger one. That is the architectural move.
Custom colour · custom geometry
Pick a Pantone. We'll mix it in.
TPM is our branded palette — 12 Pantone-equivalents the mass is tinted into before moulding. Not paint on top, but body-through pigment. Lead time and price stay predictable. A third-party Pantone is a new formula: +2 weeks, +15%. Custom geometry is a separate conversation, per project.
