How we
make ducks.

Single-piece moulding. No plastic inserts, no glued seams, no metal inside.

Single-piece moulding

Vulcanised rubber — food-grade silicone for Micro/Classic, natural rubber with EPDM for Designer/Mega/Architect.

Eyes are paint

Pigment is applied by hand after vulcanisation. Food-grade silicone dye, water- and UV-resistant. No stickers on the body.

5 checks per duck

Visual, geometry ±2%, 1 m drop test, smell test, gravimetric ±3%. Architect — extended protocol with ultrasound.

Compliance

GOST 25779-83, EN 71-3, REACH. Phthalate-free and BPA-free. Temperature range −20 °C … +60 °C, indoor use only.

Technology by lineup

Micro — injection. Classic — compression. Designer — hand in flask. Mega — rotational. Architect — sculptural casting with CNC master.

Packaging

Recycled cardboard with no polyethylene, paper-pulp inserts, certificate for limited editions. Architect — wooden crate with climate control.

Twelve signature Pantone equivalents. Pigment through the body, dyed BEFORE moulding. Fastness, price and lead times stay predictable.

A fully custom colour from an outside catalogue is quoted separately: +2 weeks lead time and +15% to the price. Custom geometry is its own project with its own master.
