PRODUCTION / HOW IT IS MADE
3.1
Material
Single-piece cast from vulcanised rubber. Food-grade silicone compound for Micro/Classic, natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer/Mega/Architect. No plastic inserts, no metal inside, no glued seams.
3.2
Tech by line
Micro — injection, ~45 sec/cycle. Classic — compression, ~3 min. Designer — hand-casting in a silicone mould. Mega — rotational moulding with an internal fibreglass frame. Architect — sculptural casting with a master model and a steel frame.
3.3
QC / 5 checks
Visual inspection. Geometry ±2%. Drop from 1 m onto concrete. Smell test. Gravimetry ±3%. For Architect — ultrasonic testing of the frame's welded seams and a photo protocol of the installation.
3.4
Compliance
GOST 25779-83, EN 71-3, REACH. No phthalates. No bisphenol A. Temperature range −20 … +60 °C. Indoor use only. Care — warm water, mild soap, no abrasives or alcohols.

Custom means choosing from 12 signature TPM colours. Solid-through body pigment, not surface paint. Lead time and price are predictable. A third-party Pantone — is like developing a new formula: +2 weeks, +15% to the price.

Micro / Classic — 3 weeks. Designer — 6 weeks, including design approval with the collab author. Mega — 6 weeks. Architect — 12 weeks, including a site survey and installation by a certified crew.
