§ 00 — MANIFESTO

We make ducks you don't want to put in the bath — you want to put on a shelf. Small ones fit in a pocket. Big ones belong in the foyer. All of them belong in frame.

§ 01 — SCALE

§ 02 — PRODUCTION

Single-piece cast.
No seams, no inserts.

  1. 01 / RUBBER

    Not plastic.

    Food-grade silicone (Micro / Classic) or natural rubber with EPDM (Designer / Mega / Architect). Single-piece casting — no glued seams, no metal inside, no plastic parts.

  2. 02 / EYES

    Pigment, not inserts.

    Pigment is applied by hand after vulcanization, using food-grade silicone dye that's UV- and water-resistant. Base decor — circle; sparkle, heart, square — per crit choice.

  3. 03 / QC

    5 checks.

    Visual inspection, geometry ±2%, 1 m drop test (5 times), odor test, gravimetry ±3%. For Architect — ultrasonic frame check and photo installation protocol.

  4. 04 / COMPLIANCE

    GOST · EN 71-3 · REACH.

    Free of phthalates and bisphenol A. Operating range −20…+60 °C. Indoor only. Care instructions are included in every box + a QR to /care.

§ 03 — B2B / CUSTOM

Your color.
Not paint — mass pigment.

12 signature Pantone equivalents (TPM — Quacktory Pigment Menu). Mass coloration BEFORE casting — durable and predictable pricing. Third-party Pantone is discussed separately: +2 weeks to lead time, +15% to price.

Micro / Classic — 3 weeks · Designer / Mega — 6 weeks · Architect — 12 weeks (with survey and installation). Invoice for legal entities, contract, act.
