HOW WE MAKE THEM

  1. 01 · Material

    Solid cast in vulcanized rubber. Food-grade silicone compound for Micro and Classic. Natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega, and Architect.

  2. 02 · Eyes

    Pigment is applied after vulcanization by hand, with food-grade silicone dye. UV- and water-resistant.

  3. 03 · 5 checks

    Visual inspection, geometry ±2%, 5 drops × 1 m, odor test, gravimetry ±3%. For Architect — ultrasonic inspection.

  4. 04 · Certifications

    GOST 25779-83 · EN 71-3 · REACH. Phthalate- and BPA-free. Indoor only. −20 °C … +60 °C.
