We make ducks you'll want to keep on a shelf rather than float in a bath. One silhouette from 4 cm to 3 m — pocket-sized, lobby-sized, frame-worthy.

How we make them

Single-piece rubber

The body is vulcanised rubber. For Micro and Classic, a food-grade silicone compound. For Designer, Mega and Architect, natural rubber with EPDM additives. The eyes are food-grade silicone pigment over a vulcanised surface. UV- and water-resistant.

  1. 01 · Visual inspection — no pores, no streaks, no under-fill.
  2. 02 · Geometry — beak, eyes, feet in place. Proportions within ±2%.
  3. 03 · Drop test — 5 drops × 1 m onto concrete. No cracks.
  4. 04 · Smell test — no rubbery off-odour. A sign of bad vulcanisation — ruled out.
  5. 05 · Gravimetric check — mass within ±3% of the master.

Certifications: GOST 25779-83 · EN 71-3 · REACH. Phthalate-free and BPA-free. Temperature range −20 °C … +60 °C. Indoor use only.

Custom is a palette

Twelve signature TPM colours from the Quacktory Pigment Menu. Pigment goes into the mass before moulding — fastness and lead times stay predictable. A custom Pantone is quoted separately: +2 weeks, +15%. Custom geometry is its own project.
