HOW WE MAKE DUCKS
01 · MATERIAL
Single-piece moulding of vulcanised rubber. Food-grade silicone compound for Micro and Classic. Natural rubber with EPDM additives for Designer, Mega and Architect.
02 · EYES
Pigment is applied by hand after vulcanisation with food-grade silicone dye. UV- and water-resistant. The eye shape stays invariant across every SKU.
03 · 5 CHECKS
Visual inspection, geometry ±2%, 5 drops × 1 m, smell test, gravimetric ±3%. For Architect — ultrasonic inspection of welded seams.
04 · CERT
GOST 25779-83 · EN 71-3 · REACH. Phthalate-free and BPA-free. Indoor use only. Temperature range −20 °C … +60 °C.

CUSTOM IS A PALETTE, NOT A REPAINT
Twelve signature TPM colours from the Quacktory Pigment Menu. Pigment goes into the mass before moulding — fastness and lead times stay predictable. A custom Pantone is quoted separately: +2 weeks, +15%. Custom geometry is a separate project with its own master model.
